why bamboo matters
Bamboo is a fast-growing, renewable grass that regenerates from its root system — it needs less water, fewer inputs and less land than conventional tree pulp. That makes it an attractive, lower-impact alternative for tissue products — provided the product is genuinely made from bamboo and not blended with other woods or recycled pulp.
independent TAPPI T-401 testing — what we did
To verify our claims we commissioned third-party laboratories to analyse samples of Bumboo using the TAPPI T-401 fibre analysis standard. This method identifies the percentage of hardwood, softwood and non-wood fibres (including bamboo) present in a paper product.
