Bring a Christmas high street to your table with our festive wrappers. Choose from a charming café, a florist or a toy and bookshop, then fill each cracker with a small surprise chosen just for your guest. It’s a lovely way to give your wrappers a second life and add a personal touch to your Christmas dinner.

you'll need:
- Three empty toilet roll cores - one stays inside; the other two help shape the ends and can be reused
- One Bumboo festive wrapper - already the right size, so there’s no need to trim
- Cracker snap (optional for an extra pop!)
- Double-sided tape
- Ribbon or twine
- Scissors
- Small goodies for filling (we love these mini soaps from Wild Sage + Co)

1. Lay everything out
Place your wrapper with the printed side facing down. Arrange 3 toilet roll cores end to end along one edge. If you’re using a cracker snap, thread it through all three cores and secure it to the middle one.
2. Add your tape
Place 3 short strips of double-sided tape along the opposite edge of the wrapper, with one strip aligned to each core. Keep the tape on the paper so the two outer cores can slide out later.

3. Roll and secure
Roll the paper snugly around the toilet rolls until the taped edge overlaps. Press along the seam to secure it, taking care to keep the wrapper smooth.
4. Make room for the ends
Keep the middle core in place and gently slide the two outer cores towards the edges of the wrapper. This creates a gap on either side of the centre, ready for shaping.

5. Create the cracker ends
Gently pinch and twist the paper in one gap, using your fingers to form neat, even folds. Loop ribbon or twine around the narrow section and loosely knot it. Slide out the outer core, carefully tighten the tie and finish with a bow. Trim any excess ribbon or twine.

6. Add a little surprise
Add your chosen treats, hat, or a little note into the open end of the cracker. We love these mini soaps from Wild Sage+ Co!
7. Finish your cracker
Shape and tie the second end in the same way, removing the remaining outer core before tightening the bow. Gently neaten the folds and straighten the paper ends for a crisp finish.
Make a matching set or mix all three shopfront designs for a colourful Christmas table - each with something thoughtful tucked inside.
