Want a great Zero Waste snack idea? Of course you do! These taste AMAZING and are naturally gluten free and a great source of fibre. We made our own paper cases using Bumboo toilet paper wrappers which are food safe and a brilliant way to upcycle! We made two types of cakes for this recipe and couldn't pick a favourite so we’ve shared both ideas!
How to make the cake cases:
Cut your Bumboo toilet paper wrappers to 10x10cm. Using a jam jar lid or similar, press into your cupcake case tin.
How to make the cakes:
Simply melt the chocolate, mix in the dry ingredients and spoon into your DIY cases.
For the milk chocolate clusters:
50g popping corn
200g Oat Milk Chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
50 g Dried Cranberries
50g Almonds
For the white chocolate clusters:
50g popping corn
200g Oat White chocolate (or chocolate of your choice)
50g Sultanas
50g Pecans
