Standard delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail, Yodel and DPD.

• Orders £20* - FREE delivery
• Orders <£20 (bulk paper products) - £3.50
• Orders <£20 (cleaning products) - £1.99

*All trial pack orders incur a £3.50 delivery charge per trial pack.

Next day delivery

Our next day delivery service costs £3.50, orders must be placed :

• before 12 noon Monday – Thursday for next day delivery.
• before 12 noon on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note that weight based delivery surcharges currently apply for Northern Ireland and UK Islands deliveries, these are automatically calculated at checkout:

N.Ireland (2-4 business days)

• Orders 0-20kg - £4.70 (A 48 pack of toilet rolls weights approx 8kg)
• Orders 21-30kg - £11.50

Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man (2-11 business days)

• Orders 0-9kg - £5 (A 48 pack of toilet rolls weights approx 8kg)
• Orders 9.1-14kg - £10

Deliveries to Ireland, typically take between 2-11 business days.

• Orders 0-18kg - £18 (A 48 pack of toilet rolls weights approx 8kg)
• Important: all orders to Ireland are shipped from the UK. This means that deliveries will subject to import tax which will be charged at the point of delivery by the courier.

We are currently delivering to 49 of the US states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) with delivery taking approximately 2-4 business days using USPS and On Trac in selected states.
