Wild Sage and Co is a family run business nestled in the valleys of the river Wye. From our countryside cottage, we create cold processed soaps, skin loving balms and all natural skin care. We also grow lots of the herbs that make their way into our products in our garden. Our products are based on our own home made remedies, tried and tested throughout the years on family and friends
The Wildflower collection was created in collaboration with artist Becki Clark, whose hand-painted floral illustrations are inspired by British wildflowers and the beauty of everyday nature.
Designed to bring softness, warmth, and personality into everyday spaces, each pattern begins as original artwork before being adapted for the collection.
Every purchase helps support rewilding projects across the UK, with part of the initiative focused on restoring wildflower meadows creating spaces where native flowers, pollinators, and wildlife can thrive once again.
A small everyday choice that helps bring more wild nature back into the landscape that inspired this collection.
Featuring matching facial tissues, kitchen roll, wrapped toilet paper, and soaps... all designed using Becki Clarke’s original Wildflower artwork.

Are kitchen towels biodegradable?
Yes, our kitchen paper towels are made from 100% bamboo which means they are biodegradable.
Are paper towels recyclable?
It’s quite a common misconception that kitchen rolls can be recycled, and that items placed in the recycling must be washed thoroughly, and free of any left-over foodstuffs.
Composting your paper towels would be a more suitable disposal option.
For more information visit our blog article on can you recycle kitchen roll.
Can you put kitchen rolls down the toilet?
No, you should never put paper kitchen towels down the toilet. This is because they are design to be strong to tackle spills and scrub even when wet.
Our kitchen rolls are made with 100% bamboo so they are biodegradable, therefore we would recommend composting your used kitchen rolls as the preferred method of disposal.
Is your packaging plastic free?
Yes! Being plastic free is very important to us, and has been an integral part of our mission from the outset. We studied many packaging options, including so-called environmentally friendly plastic options such as oxy-degradable plastic. However, given the unrealistic conditions needed for such plastics to degrade, we felt that paper was the most environmentally sound choice. We also took care to ensure that no plastic was present in our packaging tape, opting to use a kraft paper based eco packaging tape reinforced with glass fibres.
Our paper wraps are made from FSC certified paper and printed with soybean based inks. Our cartons are made from recycled paper and printed with soybean inks. All packaging is fully recyclable and compostable (although we would always encourage you to reuse packaging as much as possible before choosing one of these options.)
Are Bumboo kitchen towels made from 100% bamboo?
Yes. We use test every batch using independent fibre analyses using the TAPPI T 401 method, where we are happy to confirm that Bumboo is 100% bamboo with no hardwood or softwood contamination. You can view each of our test results in our transparency hub
Are bumboo kitchen towels more eco-friendly than recycled?
Both option are eco-friendly but the natural strength properties of bamboo make it strong and suitable for a variety of tasks such as tackling food spills.
More importantly, bamboo does not require harsh chemicals unlike some recycled which is required to break down the old paper, deinking to remove inks.
