which surfaces can I use this on
Our products are designed to be gentle on most surfaces. However, for particularly porous surfaces, like untreated wood, we recommend avoiding use. To ensure compatibility, we always suggest testing the product in a small, inconspicuous area first.
what guarantees do your bottles come with?
Each Bumboo bottle is covered for 2 years. If it develops a fault during that time, we’ll replace it, no fuss. At the end of its life your bottle can be fully recycled, ready to start a new life.
are your bottles recyclable?
We're happy to say that yes! They are.
is your packaging plastic free?
Yes- with one thoughtful exception. Our bottles are made using plastic that’s been rescued before it could enter the ocean, and they’re fully recyclable. This is the only time we believe plastic is acceptable- when it’s being reused responsibly to reduce waste.
Everything else we make and ship is completely plastic free, right down to the packaging your order arrives in. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
