Shipping policy

We include FREE delivery for all orders over £20* within mainland UK. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, using Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri and DPD. 

*Excludes FREE trial packs which incur a £3.50 delivery charge per individual trial pack ordered.

Next working day delivery is also available. This service incurs a £3.50 charge. Orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday – Thursday for next day delivery. Orders placed before 12 noon on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note that delivery surcharges currently apply for Northern Ireland and UK Islands deliveries, although we are in the process of changing this and we will update this page as soon as this has been fully implemented (we very much look forward to being able to offer a fully inclusive free delivery policy to all our UK customers). These charges are calculated at checkout.
