how your subscription works

1. After selecting 'subscribe and save', select a delivery frequency to suit your household from the drop down menu, using our suggestions as a guide.
2. Proceed to checkout, and once your payment has been processed, we’ll send your first order out, to be delivered within 2 working days.
3. All future deliveries will be billed at the selected frequency, on the day of processing. If you need to make any changes to your subscription at any time, such as changing delivery frequency or cancelling your subscription, you can do so within your customer account.


We appreciate that not everyone has space to store bulky cartons of toilet rolls, so we created our smaller 24 roll pack for those with limited storage space at home.
